ORIGIN Dugout.
The team pillar’s core program.
The players write the code.
Dugout is the team pillar’s core program. The players write the code, the songs come with them, and every jersey carries a job.
The work.
Each team writes its own code in its first weeks and keeps it. The dugout sings for its hitter, chatters at the other side and gets loud on every out, all of it part of the game.
The standard.
The standard is collective. A good dugout can be heard from the parking lot, and it gets built on purpose, from the first practice.
On the field.
A dugout that is with her every inning, and a team that holds the line for each other first.
Where it leads.
Watch gives the bench its jobs. Reset gives the player hers.
The whole standard. She sings, she learns, she hands it on.
For us.
